Center for Hospital Quality and Patient Safety. She is responsible for the NC Hospital Quality Performance Report and the analysis of hospital clinical measures associated with national and statewide hospital quality improvement initiatives. Dr. Campione educates hospital leaders on regulations and upcoming policies involving quality-related reimbursement and reporting. Dr. Campione manages the NC System for Hospital Infection Measurement - a voluntary initiative to assist hospitals in eliminating hospital-acquired infections. She received her PhD in health services research from UNC Chapel Hill. |
