Mark R. Bell Chief Information Officer 919/677-4141 mbell@ncha.org Mark oversees the operation of NCHA's information systems, including Internet and intranet connectivity, and develops tools for Web-based communication. He joined the Information Services staff in 1997 after seven years at Duke University with Perkins Library and the Office of Information Technology as a LAN administrator, enterprise Webmaster, and system administrator. Mark earned degrees in English/history/political science from Middle Tennessee State University, a master's degree in in theology from Duke University, and is a best-selling author of over 20 books and software manuals about computers, operating systems, the Internet, and the World Wide Web. |
