Millie R. Harding Senior Vice President 919/677-4217 mharding@ncha.orgMillie oversees NCHA's advocacy activities including the Policy Development Committee and also leads financial services. She joined NCHA's staff in 1988 as assistant director of finance. She became vice president of finance in 1994. Prior to joining NCHA, she was chief financial officer at two hospitals in North Carolina and an internal auditor at two additional facilities. Ms. Harding is a certified public accountant, a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and served as a past chairman of the healthcare industry committee of the N.C. Association of CPAs. She is a fellow and a certified healthcare financial professional in the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and has served as a board member and officer of the N.C. Chapter of HFMA. Ms. Harding received a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
