William A. Pully President 919/677-4221 wpully@ncha.orgBill began serving as NCHA's president in September 1999. Prior to that, he was NCHA's Senior Vice President/General Counsel responsible for advocacy. During that time, he was responsible for advocacy and representation for all hospital and healthcare-related issues before the North Carolina General Assembly and state agencies. He also managed all of NCHA's legal actions and policy development. Bill came to NCHA in 1984 after serving as Lauch Faircloth's state campaign manager in the race for governor. He also served as an executive assistant and campaign manager to U.S. Congressman Tim Valentine. Bill received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his J.D. from Campbell University School of Law. |
