The North Carolina Hospital Association, in conjunction with the American Hospital Association (Chair of the National Uniform Billing Committee (NUBC)), is offering subscriptions to a printable electronic version of the final UB-04 Data Specifications Manual. Hard copies are no longer available. This subscription also entitles you to access the Subscribers Only section of the NUBC web site.
