As of Jan. 1, the North Carolina Hospital Association (NCHA) has changed its name and brand to the North Carolina Healthcare Association: Uniting hospitals, health systems and care providers for healthier communities. The decision came after a year-long discernment process, during which we had the opportunity to hear not only from members, but also from community leaders, lawmakers and business leaders their perceptions about NCHA and thoughts about the role of the association in the future. The new brand better reflects our membership of not only hospitals, but also health systems that span the care continuum. We are excited to share this news and unveil our updated logo. A new website will be launched in the weeks to come.
