Proposed rules of interest to health systems

The NC Department of Insurance is initiating the re-adoption process for rules in Chapter 16 of the Administrative Code, including a section on Health Maintenance Organization Filings and Standards. The report also includes, among other things, a proposed rule to make two more healthcare-acquired infections reportable to the NC Division of Public Health.
