Wake Forest School of Medicine and Northwest AHEC are planning their inaugural Southern Trans Health and Wellness Conference – Breaking Bonds, Building Bridges: Creating Trans Health Equity conference on March 7-9, 2019 at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem. This conference is designed to integrate professionals from medical/clinical and academic settings with the transgender community in creating an interactive educational experience.
