New Screening Process for Adult Care Homes Starting Nov. 1

The NC Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) is implementing the Referral Screening Verification Process (RSVP) for individuals being considered for admission to an Adult Care Home (ACH) effective Nov. 1, 2018. RSVP will replace Pre-Admission Screening Resident Review (PASRR) for ACHs, providing a more streamlined and effective process to screen Transition to Community Living Initiative (TCLI) target populations.
