Hospitals Invited to Participate in 2019 CAQH Index Survey

The Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) encourages hospitals to participate in its 2019 CAQH Index. The confidential survey, underway through July 15, tracks the adoption of HIPAA-mandated and other electronic administrative transactions for conducting routine business between health care providers and health plans. It also estimates the annual volume of these transactions and the potential savings associated with switching from manual to electronic transactions. All participating organizations receive an individualized benchmark report comparing their organization’s performance to the field overall.
