The North Carolina Healthcare Association will submit the attached attached comment letter addressing the calendar year 2020 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) Proposed Rule on or before Friday, Sept. 27, 2019. We focused our comments on the proposal to require disclosure of standard charges and negotiated rates; the proposed site-neutral payment policies of off-campus provider-based clinics; the proposal to continue the 340B Drug Payment Policy to non-excepted PBDs; and the proposal to change the minimum required level of supervision for outpatient therapeutic services.
