No, each pass is for an individual person. If you share it with others, only one of you will be able to participate in the program.

All meeting content will be available on demand after the event. Your event pass will remain active for one month.

Yes, NCHA's Winter Meeting can be viewed on any browser or iOS device, including smart phones and tablets.
Google Chrome will provide the best technical experience.

NCHA's Winter Meeting is February 17, 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and February 18, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Prior to the event, pass holders have access to pre-event content. Make sure you access your pass during the day on February 17 and 18 to watch the live event on the main stage.

NCHA's Winter Meeting begins at 1:00 pm on February 17 and 9:00 am on February 18. Optional Coffee chats and trustee peer room begin at 8:30am.

If you have a smart TV, mirror your screen from your laptop or phone. If you don’t have a smart TV, try connecting your computer to it with an HDMI cable.

During the live event, the main stage content cannot be paused or rewound. After the live event the content can be viewed by using your event pass. On demand content can be paused and rewound.

NCHA's Winter Meeting content will be available for one month. Content will be removed on March 18.

During the event, most of the content is live. There may be recorded introductions or videos within presentations, but all the speakers are live.

Participation through the chat function is encouraged. Questions will be posed to the speaker towards the end of each presentation. NCHA will do its best to address all questions, time permitting.
