NCHA and Atrium Health are convening Chief Diversity Officers and like-minded professionals from North Carolina to take a deeper dive into discovering what healthcare organizations are doing to address diversity and health equity opportunities within their organizations and communities.

Target Audience:
Chief Executive Officers, Diversity Officers, Population Health Leaders, Human Resource Staff, Quality Directors and Employee Resource Group Leaders.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Explore the application of unique diversity and inclusion strategies within your organization.
  • Learn about the innovative ways North Carolina organizations are positively transforming their organizational culture through the diversity and inclusion of different groups, (e.g., women, LGBTQ+, disabled, veterans, religions, nationalities, etc.).
  • Develop the framework for individual action plans to be introduced and implemented within your organization and community.
