2010 NCHA Workforce Report
North Carolina hospitals need a large, trained workforce. Hospitals offer employment opportunities that span the range of skills in their communities and beyond. The challenge for policymakers is to provide the labor market with enough educational settings and incentives so that community members can take full advantage of the good jobs at their local hospitals.
