Mental Health Policy and Access Committee

As hospitals and emergency departments continue to be on the front line of the mental health crisis, hospitals are committed to supporting policies that make it easier for patients to get the care they need when they need it. MHPAC is comprised of hospital Clinical leaderwho are responsible for the delivery of mental health services, and administrative leaders who collaborate with staff in case management, legal, and government affairs. This policy committee develops approaches to improve access to mental health care while ensuring hospitals continue to have the resources they need to provide high-quality care.  

Transitions of Care Committee

The Transitions of Care Committee brings together case management leaders from across the state to identify and address challenges with care transitions, specifically for complex care patients and certain payer populations, like Medicaid Managed CareThis committee works collaboratively to facilitate safe and effective care transitions for all patients to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time in the right place. 

Rehab Affinity Group

Comprised of member representatives with rehabilitation facilities, the group engages in peer-to-peer information sharing of best practices for rehabilitation facilitiesincluding regulatory and legislative issues as necessary.
