Executive Assistant, Advocacy, Policy & Communications

This role performs a variety of detailed and complex administrative functions to support the operations of the Advocacy, Policy & Communications teams to advance NCHA legislative goals and objectives. Maintain a high degree of professionalism in all communications and activities to support NCHA members, engage with elected state and federal officials, and interact with partner and colleague organizations.

Financial Services Analyst

This role coordinates and assists with addressing key financial services needs of member hospitals focusing largely on hospital billing and reimbursement as well as implementation of various projects that meet the financial services needs of member hospitals.  Aids in developing positions and policies for the Association that benefit member hospitals.

Vice President, Communications & Public Relations

This role is responsible for planning, development, implementation, and monitoring of communications, media relations, and digital strategies for the NCHA enterprise and on behalf of membership and the field. Works directly with the CEO and with the leadership team to ensure that all marketing and communications initiatives are aligned and support strategic goals of enterprise. Works to build and implement integrated plans and campaigns to increase awareness of NCHA priority issues across key stakeholder audiences. Directs the creation of content for the public website and social media and oversees development and production of member resources and communications, also contributing communications counsel and production support to member events such as annual meetings. Serves as spokesperson and primary point of contact for media relations on behalf of the organization.
