Account Manager, West
The North Carolina Healthcare Association is seeking a full-time Account Manager who will be responsible for marketing and sales efforts for the NCHA Strategic Partners (NCHASP) group purchasing program and other business partner relationships to NCHA members and other eligible healthcare providers within the assigned western NC territory. Assist with the vetting, planning, selling, and implementation of all NCHA Strategic Partner services and program offerings.

Executive Assistant, Foundation
The North Carolina Healthcare Association is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant who is responsible for performing a wide variety of detailed and complex administrative functions in support of NCHF operations. Financial Services Analyst
The North Carolina Healthcare Association is seeking a full-time Financial Services Analyst who coordinates and assists with addressing key financial services needs of member hospitals focusing largely on hospital billing and reimbursement as well as implementation of various projects that meet the financial services needs of member hospitals. Aids in developing positions and policies for the Association that benefit member hospitals.

Project Manager, Health Equity
The North Carolina Healthcare Association is seeking a full-time Project Manager who will work as part of a cross-functional team, which establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining a deep knowledge of core programs across the Foundation and building meaningful relationships with program recipients, funding partners and other key stakeholders. Reporting to the Executive Director of Innovation, this position will operate under the direction of assigned project leads.
The initial priority for this role will be to support the Equity of Care Delivery team in ensuring effective collaboration to examine and address disparities in care and outcomes. This position is grant funded and will be reviewed periodically based on funding availability.

Project Manager, Population Health

The initial priority for this role will be to support AccessHealth and Healthy People, Healthy Carolinas, programs focused on improving access to better health through community-based networks of care and cross-sector coalitions addressing chronic health issues through local policy change. This position is grant funded and will be reviewed periodically based on funding availability.

Program Manager, Social Impact
The Program Manager, Social Impact is responsible for working with identified communities to build infrastructure and institutionalize community voice to drive sustainable change in partnership with hospitals and health systems. The Program Manager, Social Impact will have experience in human-centered design practices and creating inclusive spaces for collaboration and consensus building to engage various sectors in community change efforts.
Under the Director of Rural Health Innovation, this role is responsible for supporting, implementing, and managing the Robeson Social Impact Project, which focuses on taking a systems approach to addressing social determinants of health in a rural county.
This position is grant funded and will be reviewed annually based on funding availability.
