Partnership with the South Carolina Home Care & Hospice Association

The South Carolina Association for Home Care & Hospice has entered into a partnership agreement with NCHA to offer its members access to group purchasing from the same wide array of business partners available to NCHA’s 130+ member hospitals and health systems and affiliated post acute providers. This new relationship, brokered through NCHA Strategic Partners, offers enhanced purchasing power to SCHCHA members providing home health, hospice, palliative care, and personal care services.

“Healthcare is about caring for people and it is about the people and relationships involved this wonderful and honorable work.  We are so pleased to have a special relationship with AHHC and SCHCA, and to work together to improve care for the people and communities we serve and support.”

– Steve Lawler, President & CEO, NCHA

“Having known and worked with Steve Lawler closely for over a decade, AHHC and SCHCHA are proud to have been chosen as the care continuum partners of NCHA to expand these benefits to providers of hospice, palliative care, home health and home care services in the Carolinas. I am proud to be the first post-acute care member to sit on the NCHA Strategic Partners Board of Directors. In turn, the AHHC Board of Directors has appointed Jody Fleming, VP of NCHA Strategic Partners to serve as the second affiliate board member. This will continue to strengthen the partnership between NCHA and AHHC that will ultimately benefit members of both AHHC and SCHCHA.”

– Tim Rogers, President & CEO, AHHC of NC/SCHCHA
